All you need is:
- Bowdabra
- Bow Wire (18″ long)
- Baby Flip Flops/Flats
- Silver Spray Paint
- Assorted Tulle or Netting (2 per shoe, 12″ long, 6″ wide)
- Gems/Rhinestones
- Garland (5″ long)
- Glue Gun
