Create a fun Halloween ring toss carnival game with some spooky rats. All you need to do is decorate a cardboard box with some crepe and tissue paper and squares and circles to make it look eerie. The kids will love tossing rings around the rats perched on the box.Paint sugar skulls on terracotta flower pots!
