Hi everyone, Steph Ackerman here with a quick and fun Summer Hostess Gift made special with the addition of a Bowdabra bow. It’s summertime and it is the perfect time for picnics, bar-b-cues and beach fun. Nothing says summer more than a pail and shovel. If you are heading off to a party, just put some fun goodies inside and take the pail with you for the hostess, presenting it to her as a Summer Hostess Gift.
Supplies:
Bowdabra Bow Making and Design Tool
Bowdabra Gold Wire
6″ wide Mesh
Bucket
Goodies to fill the bucket
Place 18″ of Gold Wire in the Bowdabra.
Fold under the Bowdabra so it is out of your way while you create the bow.
Cut mesh into 6 strips, each 8″ long
Place each strip in the Bowdabra, twisting each as you place it in the Bowdabra.
Finishing your Summer hostess gift bow
Use the Bow Wand to push the mesh into the Bowdabra.
Once all the strips have been added, pull up on the Bow Wire and tie off.
The mesh naturally curls as you pull up on the Bow Wire.
Using the excess Bow Wire, tie the bow to the handle of the bucket.
Place assorted goodies in the bucket and present as a Summer Hostess Gift. Add in items such as a pair of flip flops, some paper goods, some candy and anything else you think the hostess might enjoy.
