How to Make Skinny Sloppy Joe Sliders Recipe

Skinny sloppy Joe sliders

 Ingredients

  • 1 lb. lean (90/10) ground beef
  • Small red onion, chopped
  • 1 can (15 oz.) of tomato sauce, no salt added
  • 1 tsp. Paul Prudhomme Magic Seasoning Blend
  • 1/2 cabbage, chopped
  • Whole Wheat Sliders (look for 15 grams of carbs or less) or Mission Carb Balance Wraps

Preparation

Step 1: Place a large skillet over medium heat. Add beef and onion. Cook 6-8 minutes or until beef is no longer pink.

Step 2: Add tomato sauce. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer. Cook uncovered 8-10 minutes.

Step 3: Layer meat mixture on sliders or Mission Carb Balance Wrap. Top with cabbage. Serve.
