Materials:
(2) 4.5″ x 5/8″ White Polka Dot Grosgrain
4.5″ x 5/8″ Black Polka Dot Grosgrain

Hair Clip
Now we’re going to take our Mini Bowdabra and we’re going to make a really easy fashion hair bow that matches with the tank top we made earlier. So, I’ll take my Mini Bowdabra, I’m going to take my Bowdabra Bow Wire, I’m going to fold it in half and lay it into the Mini Bowdabra and then just tuck the ends underneath, so they stay out of the way.
Then, I’m going to take my ribbon, and I’ve dovetailed most of it, but just in case you don’t know how to dovetail, I’m going to fold it in half and then I’m going to just clip towards the fold at an angle. You have this cute dovetail and then you just want to seal that with a fray stop.
So, the next thing that I’m doing is I’m going to take my ribbon here and lay that down into my Mini Bowdabra, take my next ribbon. And I’m just creasing the middle, so it lays well in the Bowdabra. I’m going to take my black, and I’m going to put that one straight across. And take my red, and again, I’m just going to make a crease and lay that right down into my Mini Bowdabra.
Then I’m going to take this cute Corker ribbon, and Corker is what we refer to as these little cool curlicues. These are pre-made, which is awesome, and you just cut them. They come in long strips. These are pre-curled, but they’re also pre-cut, so you don’t have to cut the strips.
So, I’m going to scrunch all that down in here. And now I’m going to take my Bowdabra Bow Wire, I’m going to pull the ends through the slipknot, hold my bow tight while it’s still in the Mini Bowdabra, pull it really tight, separate the ends, bring it around to the back.

To finish, I’m going to take my hair clip and I’m going to first take this piece and just hold my hair clip in place. Then, I just go three times around and leave that on that side. And I’m going to do the same thing with this piece of wire. Then, I can bring this back to the top of the hair clip. And I’m going to have these two wires meet on the top of the clip, and I’m just going to tie a knot.
