Now, we’re going to make this absolutely stunning floral arrangement, which is great for home décor or any event, as a centerpiece. So, let’s get started.
First, I’m going to take my Bowdabra Bow Wire, fold it in half, and lay it down into my Bowdabra. Then, I’m just going to tuck the ends underneath so they stay out of the way.
Now, I’m going to take my Champagne Glitter Stripe Bowdabra ribbon, and I’ve already dovetailed the ends. (In order to dovetail, all I did was fold the ribbon in half and cut from the folded side to the open end.)
So, I’m going to fold this in half, and I’m just going to scrunch it down into the center. And then, I have another piece of our Champagne Glitter Stripe Ribbon, and I’m just going to fold that in half. And again, I’ve already dovetailed the ends. Next, I’m just going to scrunch this down into my Bowdabra.
Then, on this one, I’ve just cut an angle on the ends here. This is our Gold and Silver Bowdabra Splattered Ribbon. I’m going to fold it in half and just scrunch those tails down in here. And I’ve got another piece that’s exactly the same, and fold that, and scrunch it down in.
Next, I have this gold ribbon. I’ve just cut the corner at an angle. I’m going to fold it in half and just lay this down into my Bowdabra. I have another piece and I’m going to fold it in half and just lay this into my Bowdabra.
Then, I have a piece of our Bowdabra Rhinestone Mesh Ribbon, and we’ve just cut three rows of it. So, I’m just going to fold this in half and lay this down into my Bowdabra.
I have more of my Gold and Silver Splattered Ribbon, and I just love this ribbon. So, I’m going to fold it in half to find the center. And I’m going to put the right side of my ribbon upside-down into my Bowdabra, so the wrong side is up.
Now, I’m going to just fold this over, and this is how we make our boutique bows for hairbows. Next, I’m going to put the right side of the ribbon upside-down and just scrunch that down into my Bowdabra. Then, I’m going to take the other half of the ribbon and fold it over so I have an X here. I take the right side of the ribbon and I’m just going to put that upside-down so I have the wrong side of the ribbon on the inside of my loops. I’m going to take the lower part of the X and I’m just going to scrunch that into my Bowdabra. And now I’m going to do the exact same thing with the upper part of the X. So now, I have four even loops here.
Then, I’m going to take, this is a beautiful crystal lighted stem, and I’m just going to lay this down into my Bowdabra. So I can even turn the lights on if I want and they are so cute. Next, I’m going to take these stems here and lay them into my Bowdabra. I’ll take my other gold stem and lay that down in here.
Now, I’m going to take my little bouquet and just lay that down in the center. Next, I’m going to twist this ribbon and push it into my Bowdabra. So, I’m going to make this one a little bit different. And I’m going to fold this over and just twist. Then I’m going to fold it and twist it. When I twist it, that’s so the wrong side of my ribbon is on the inside of my loop. I’m just going to fold this back. So I have four loops and just a tiny tail. I’m going to take my white pick and lay this down inside of my Bowdabra.
To finish, I’m going to just turn this to the side, and I’m going to take my Bowdabra Bow Wire, bring it through. I’m going to pull it through the slipknot and pull it tight while it’s still in my Bowdabra. I pull it out, separate the ends and bring it around to the back. And I’m just going to tie a double-knot here.
Then, what I’m going to do is take my little crystal lights and just wind them through my bow. So, I might put them through the loops or bring them up through the flowers. I just love these crystal lights, and we do sell them on Bowdabra.com in our store. I just love how they add such elegance and drama to our beautiful floral arrangement. And you could obviously do this with real flowers. I’m using silks because I think that it lasts longer. So now, we’re just going to shape it, and you have this absolutely stunning floral arrangement.
