Fun Mardi Gras Wreath with Bowdabra

By spray painting standard embroidery hoops to your desired colors of choice and layering two different sizes you can take the ordinary and give it some pop. Add ribbon, yarn, beads, feathers, and Bowdabra. Great for Mardi Gras or any occasion.

If your local craft store doesn’t have a wide variety of ribbon colors or textures simply select different shades and textures that compliment each other.  Then, watch this video by Christel Jules with Silky Stems Design Studio, and make your own version of this wreath.

If you watch closely you might notice Robin’s Nest Dew Drops used in a unique way as one of the embellishments!  If you want to know how Christel came up with her encased ribbon twist concept with Dew Drops,  leave a comment for her.
