Extra-large hair bow
(2) 2” x 26” Black and White Wired Ribbon
“Now we’re going to make this really cute Texas-sized hair bow, so let’s get started”. First thing, I’m going to take my regular Bowdabra. I’ve got my Bowdabra Bow Wire, folded it in half, and I’m just going to lay this down into my Bowdabra. Then, I just tuck it underneath so it stays out of my way.
Add the ribbon
Now when I said extra-large hair bow, that is what I meant. So, I’m just going to take this piece here and scrunch this in right there. Next, I’m going to take this other piece and scrunch it, because I don’t want any tails on this bow.
Then, I’m going to go right in the center and I’m going to scrunch it in. So I just kind of look to make sure that I’m even. I’m not, so I’ll just pull that over here just a little bit. And now I think I’m even. Yes, I am.
Add and scrunch
Now, I’m going to take these two pieces and do exactly the same thing. I’m just going to scrunch that in there, bring this around and scrunch it, and then bring this, center it, and we’re going to do exactly the same thing.
Now what I’m going to do is take my wand and just scrunch that all down. Then, I’ll take this piece here. All we’re doing is making it like we do our boutique bows in the Mini Bowdabra. And we’re using the big Bowdabra, so its an extra-large hair bow.
Maker a scrunchy bow
Next, I’m going to just take this piece and we’re just going to make a little scrunchy bow with this ribbon, which I believe is our Bowdabra ribbon, so you can buy it on our website. And scrunch that down. I believe we call it a Champagne, or I honestly don’t want to tell you wrong, but we’ll have it in the materials list.
Finsihing your extra-large hair bow
Finally, I will take my Bowdabra Bow Wire, I’m going to pull this through here, I think I’m going to pull it through my slipknot, scrunch it down, pull it really tight while it’s still in the Bowdabra, pull it out. I’m going to separate the ends, bring it around to the back. Just tie a knot and double-knot it. And just clip the ends of my wire, fix those. And just fluff it out. And you have this really cute extra-large hair bow. This bow would look equally terrific on a hat.
