BURLAP RUSTIC BOW
Red Burlap Ribbon
Red Tubular Mesh
First, cut a piece of Bowdabra bow wire. Then, fold it in half and insert it into the Bowdabra. You will have a loop on one side and two loose wires on the other. This will serve as your slipknot. If you didn’t know Bowdabra bow wire cuts easily with scissors, it is super easy on hands but it actually a wire so it holds strong.
Next, take a large piece of red and burlap ribbon and insert it into the Bowdabra which is your tails. Dovetail the ends for a finished look. You can vary the color for any event or holiday but we’ve used red here.
Now, insert and end of more ribbon into the Bowdabra making sure the wrong side of the ribbon is on the inside of the loop. Continue making loops folding and twisting to make sure the right side is facing on the outside of the loops.
Then, add some pieces of tubular mesh. Scrunch down with the Bowdbra wand. Insert the loose wires through the loop and pull tight. Remove from the Bowdabra, turn to the back and tie a knot.
Adjust the loops and you have a beautiful finished red burlap rustic bow!
