How to make a Beautiful Corsage Pendant

Instructions:

First, cut the wire into the measurements listed & using the flat side of the hammer, pound  the wire on both sides.

Next, use the rounded side of the hammer and dent it up for that beautiful, hammered jewelry look.

Once you are happy with the look of the wire, take the 59” wire & fold it into the Mini Bowdabra. I did 3 larger loops on each side just like I would when making a bow, then made 2 smaller loops on each side.

Remove the wire bow from the Mini Bowdabra & use your 12” wire to tie it up & make hoops, almost looking like butterfly antennas so this corsage pendant can slide onto a wire choker. Fluff & round out the loops you made.

The last piece of wire should be custom sized to the neck of the recipient, most likely it will be 18”-20”. Leave enough extra wire so the ends can be rolled in a circular design. Shape the wire out with your fingers. Once shaped, use the jewelry pliers to round out a design on the ends of the choker. Keep one side open until you have the pendant in place, then round the end off to match the other side.

Now you’re ready to make the corsage. If using fresh flowers, place them on with Oasis glue. If using fresh, hot glue, E6000 or the combination of both. When the event is over, and the corsage is no longer needed you can peel the flowers and glue off & now have a unique piece of jewelry!

Note: Hammering out the wire is optional. The hammering process hardens the wire & will help with holding the design you create in place better & longer. Non hammered wire will remain flimsy & not hold the form you design as well.
