How to beautifully decorate gift packages with Bowdabra
Supplies:
Mini Bowdabra Bow Making Tool
Bowdabra wire
LA Ribbon
Instructions:
To create the bows, I started by placing the bow wire in the Bowdabra then wrapping the wire underneath so it is out of my way while creating my bows.
Then I cut a 6″ length of ribbon and placed it in the channel.
Selecting a second ribbon, I placed the ribbon in the channel and created the loops, twisting the ribbon as I placed it in the channel. Pulling up on the bow wire, I tied off the bow. I then created 2 additional bows.
As I didn’t have tissue paper, I used some pretty pattern papers as wrapping paper. First, I gathered several cards with envelopes and wrapped the pattern paper around them. Next, I placed them in cellophane boxes, wrapped a length of ribbon around each box, and adhered the bows to the corners.
I twirled the bow wire on a craft pick creating a spiral effect with the bow wire. What a perfect way to present small gifts and gift cards!
