Sandy Sandler, the creator of the Bowdabra is here to show you in this DIY video the easy hack she used to make this fun Easter bunny wreath. Using materials that are not the usual, Sandy shows you the easy steps. So, let’s get started:
First, take the wreath frame and wrap the micro dust sweepers around it to cover it. Then, attach them with zip ties to secure them.
Next, take a piece of Bowdabra silver bow wire, fold it in half, and insert it into the Bowdabra.
Now, take the dollar store florals and bend so that they are flowers on both sides and lay in the Bowdabra.
Then, take the piece of carrot print ribbon on which the ends have been dovetailed, and lay it in the Bowdabra. Twist and form a loop and repeat on the other side. Continue twisting and folding making loops so that the right side is facing up.
Now, repeat this step with the black and white checked ribbon. Finish by placing the berry bead pick followed by the rose pick in the Bowdabra.
Finally, take the loose wires and bring them up and pull them through the loop to form a slip knot. Remove from the Bowdabra, separate the ends, turn to the back, and tie a knot.
Shape and fluff the florals and ribbon bows. Use the excess wire to tie the bow onto the Easter bunny wreath.
