DIY Funky Bow (Starts At 1:26)

Materials required:

Process:

  1. Nick folds the bow wire in half and tucks it underneath the Bowdabra.
  2. After cutting off the tail from the ribbon, he creates 1 loop and places it into the Bowdabra.
  3. He places the ribbon in, creates 1 loop, and snips it off. He repeats the process twice.
  4. Again, he cuts off a tail from the ribbon, creates 1 loop, and places it into the Bowdabra.
  5. He secures the bow with several wire knots in the back and finishes off by fluffing the loops and cutting the dovetail pattern on the tail ends.

 

DIY Traditional Bow (Starts At 8:54)

Process:

  1. Nick folds the bow wire in half and tucks it underneath the Bowdabra.
  2. After cutting off the long tails from the ribbon roll and dovetailing them, he places them into the Bowdabra.
  3. He places the ribbon in and creates 8 loops into the Bowdabra.
  4. He secures the bow with several wire knots in the back and finishes off by fluffing the loops.

 

Non-Wired Ribbon Bow (Starts At 13:27)

Materials required:

 

Process: 

  1. Nick folds the bow wire in half and tucks it underneath the Bowdabra.
  2. After cutting off the tails from the ribbon roll, he places them right into the Bowdabra.
  3. He takes the ribbon, flips it inside out, places it on the Bowdabra, and creates 9 loops.
  4. He secures the bow with several wire knots in the back and finishes off by fluffing the loops.

 

DIY Present Bow (Starts At 17:20)

Materials required:

Process:

  1. Nick folds the bow wire in half and tucks it underneath the Bowdabra.
  2. He takes the ribbon, flips it inside out, places it on the Bowdabra, and creates 9 loops about 4”.
  3. Then, he pulls the bow wire from one end to the other and ties the bow.
  4. He finishes off by fluffing all the loops.

 

DIY Bow Wreath (Starts At 20:57)

Materials required:

Process: 

  1. Nick folds the bow wire in half and tucks it underneath the Bowdabra.
  2. After cutting off the tails from the ribbon roll, he places them right into the Bowdabra.
  3. He cuts off a bunch of tails (4 long tails, 3 short tails) from the ribbon roll and places them into the Bowdabra.
  4. He secures the bow with several wire knots in the back and finishes off by fluffing the loops and cutting the dovetail pattern on the tail ends.
  5. In the end, he sticks the bow securely to the wreath and adds some decorative floral stems with leaves sprays/picks with hot glue.

 

DIY Patriotic Door Bow (Starts At 30:16)

Materials required: 

  • 100-yard Bowdabra bow wire
  • Large Bowdabra
  • Deco Mesh
  • Patriotic Ribbon Roll
  • Red Burlap Ribbon Roll
  • Blue Burlap Ribbon Roll

 

DIY Patriotic Door Bow

Process:

  1. Sandy folds the bow wire in half and tucks it underneath the Bowdabra.
  2. She lays down the mesh into the Bowdabra and creates 2 loops.
  3. She places some pre-dovetailed tails cut from three different ribbon rolls and here is the chronological order: blue burlap, patriotic, red burlap, patriotic, red burlap, blue burlap, patriotic, blue burlap, and lastly the red burlap ribbon.
  4. Now she places the patriotic ribbon inside and creates 6 loops and 1 button loop.
  5. She secures the bow with several wire knots in the back and finishes off by fluffing the loops.

 

DIY Mini Bow (Starts At 35:58)

Process:

  1. Sandy folds the bow wire in half and tucks it underneath the Bowdabra.
  2. After cutting off the short tails with dovetailed ends from both the ribbon rolls (yellow-butterfly-daisy and green-butterfly-daisy), she places them right into the Bowdabra.
  3. After cutting off the short tails from the green gingham ribbon roll and dovetailing them, she places it inside the Bowdabra. She repeats the same process with the yellow floral ribbon.
  4. She holds both the ribbons together (yellow-butterfly-daisy and yellow floral ribbon), places them in, and creates 3 loops.
  5. She holds both the ribbons together (green-butterfly-daisy and green gingham ribbon), places them in, and creates 2 loops and 1 button loop.
  6. She secures the bow with several wire knots in the back and finishes off by fluffing the loops.

 

DIY Wreath Bow (Starts At 41:07)

Process: 

  1. Sandy folds the bow wire in half and tucks it underneath the Bowdabra.
  2. After cutting off the tails with dovetailed ends from the yellow polka dot ribbon roll, she places them right into the Bowdabra. She repeats the same process with the yellow floral ribbon.
  3. She places the yellow polka dot ribbon inside and creates 6 loops.
  4. She places the yellow floral ribbon inside and creates 7 loops and 1 button loop.
  5. She secures the bow with several wire knots in the back and finishes off by fluffing the loops.
