Create a gorgeous winter-themed door bow with this easy and quick tutorial! Perfect for enhancing your holiday décor and all winter long. This super easy guide will show you how to make an eye-catching door bow using the Bowdabra tool.

Materials:

Bowdabra bow maker

Bowdabra bow wire

Sheer silvery black ribbon

Black twinkling ribbon

Music print ribbon

Black burlap ribbon

Sliver mesh ribbon

Silver picks

Fancy black and white pick

White floral bush

Instructions:

First, cut a piece of Bowdabra bow wire.  Then, fold it in half and insert it into the Bowdabra.  You will have a loop on one side and two loose wires on the other side.  This will serve as your slipknot. Tuck the ends under to stay out of the way while you are making your bow.

Next, lay in the two pieces of ribbon for the tails which have already been dovetailed. To dovetail, fold the ribbon in half and cut at an angle away from the fold.

Now, knot the tails of some mesh ribbon to cover the fraying. Then, take some more mesh and roll over the ends to cover the fraying and feed into the Bowdabra like an accordion.

Add the mesh

Curl the pick to fit into the Bowdabra and lay it in. Now, bend the floral bush so that there are an equal number of flowers on each side and place it in the Bowdabra.

Next, take the long length of the music print ribbon and place the end in the Bowdabra.  Now, fold and twist to make loops all across making sure the right side is always facing up.

Now, use the burlap and silvery black ribbon together and place them in the Bowdabra.  Twist and fold to make loops as you did before. Lay in the silver picks before you reach the end of the ribbons.

Now, scrunch everything down with the Bowdabra wand.  Then, insert the loose wires through the loop and pull tight while the bow is still in the Bowdabra. Then, remove the bow from the Bowdabra, separate the ends, turn to the back, and tie a knot.  Tie a double knot for extra security.

Shape out the winter-themed door bow and arrange the florals and picks.
