How to Make a super quick St. Patrick’s Day Centerpiece

Hi, I’m Joette from the Bowdabra Design Team. Today, I’ve got a cool party decor tip… We’re going to make a super quick St. Patrick’s Day centerpiece using the large Bowdabra. Let’s get crafty and bring some luck to the table!

Materials:

Instructions

First, cut a piece of Bowdabra bow wire.  Then, fold it in half and insert it into the Bowdabra.  You will have a loop on one side and two loose wires on the other side.  This will serve as your slipknot. Tuck the ends under to stay out of the way while you are making your bow.

Next, fold the ends of the deco mesh under to hide any fraying and scrunch into the Bowdabra. Then, add the pieces of Chicago ribbon scrunching and laying in the Bowdabra.

Now, fold the greenery bush in half, fanning it out, and place it in the Bowdabra with greenery on both sides. Repeat this step with the lilac bush making sure there are lilac flowers on both sides.

Next, add the green carnation bushes one on each side. Now, add the shamrock bushes in the same way. Add the hydrangeas as shown.

Make the Bow:

Using the white and green shamrock ribbon place a couple pieces in the Bowdabra for the tails. Scrunch everything down with the Bowdabra wand.

Begin making your twist-and-fold bow, by placing the white and green shamrock ribbon right side down, twist to make a loop, and continue twisting and folding to make the bow. Make the loops about 4″.

Next, make another twist and fold bow with the green shamrock ribbon.

Now, scrunch everything down with the Bowdabra wand.  Then, insert the loose wires through the loop and pull tight while the bow is still in the Bowdabra. Then, remove the bow from the Bowdabra, separate the ends, turn to the back, and tie a knot.  Tie a double knot for extra security. Fluff and shape your centerpiece.

Hot glue a small St.Patrick’s Day balloon in the center of the quick St. Patrick’s Day centerpiece.
