Our refund and returns policy is good up until 15 days from when the package is delivered to you. We can only refund items purchased on bowdabra.com . If you purchase products from amazon, or other vendors, please contact the seller directly.
To be eligible for a refund,, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Shipping costs are not refundable, unless the product arrives to you damaged and you will need to contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org for a return authorization.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition or if it is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. It may take 3-7 business days for your payment processor to refund your payment.
Late or missing refunds
It may take up to 3-7 days for your bank to process the refund. You should receive a refund notice from Paypal once we have issued the refund. If you haven’t received the refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will immediately look into it.
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded, unless they arrive damaged to you. You must notify us within 5 days of receipt of product to inform us of any damage. Please contact us at email@example.com
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org we will email you the address to send your exchange to.
We will need a copy of the original receipt in order to accept a return. Please contact us at email@example.com in order to get a return authorization. The same return requirements will be enforced as listed above.
To return your product, you should mail your product to the address provided to you from firstname.lastname@example.org
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
