How to make crazy good Ham and Cheese Roll-ups

Ham and Cheese Roll-ups

Prep Time 20 minutes

Cook Time 15 minutes

Servings 10

Ingredients

 

  • 1 tbsp. water
  • 1 cup shredded Mahon-Menorca Semi-Cured Cheese
  • 1/2 pkg. puff pastry sheet thawed
  • 10 slices ham
  • Apricot Jam

 

Instructions

Thaw Puff Pastry sheet according to package directions

Heat oven to 400 degrees

Beat egg and water in a small bowl

Unfold Pastry sheet onto a piece of parchment paper. 
Brush with the egg mixture

Top with ham and sprinkle cheese on top. 
Start with the short side, roll up like a jellyroll, tightly.

Cut into ½-inch slices. Place each slice on a prepared baking sheet with the cut side down.

Brush tops with the egg mixture.

Bake about 15 minutes until the roll-ups are golden brown

Let cool on a cooling rack. Serve baked ham roll-ups with apricot jam
