How to Make an Adorable Easter Bunny Hair Bow

What little princess wouldn’t just love to sport this adorable Easter bunny hair bow?? It’s easy to make it yourself with Bowdabra Bow Making & Design Tool and LaRibbons.

• 7″ length 3″ white grosgrain ribbon
• 12″ length 2″ holographic glitter canvas ribbon
• 4″ length 2″ holographic glitter canvas ribbon
• 4″ length ¼” satin or grosgrain ribbon
• 5″ x 3½” piece of felt
• 18″ length Bowdabra Bow Wire
• ¾” pompom
• Hair clip
• Quick dry liquid adhesive
• Hot glue
• Pattern for bunny ears

Instructions for Easter Bunny Hair Bow

1. Cut the ribbons to length. Dovetail each end of the grosgrain ribbon. Quickly pass the ribbon ends through a flame since it will seal the ribbon.
2. Fold the bow wire in half and put in the Mini Bowdabra. Tuck the ends of the wire under the Mini Bowdabra to keep them out of the way.
3. Center the 3″ grosgrain ribbon in the Mini Bowdabra.
4. Place one end of the holographic ribbon face down in the Mini Bowdabra.
5. Bring the holographic ribbon up and over the tower, place the second end in the Mini Bowdabra right side down. Press the center of the ribbon into the Mini Bowdabra, creating a bow with one loop on each side.
6. Compress the ribbons in the Mini Bowdabra with the wand.
7. With the ribbons still in the Mini Bowdabra, pass the wire ends through the loop and tighten.
8. Bring the wire ends to the back of the bow and tie a secure knot, leaving the wire end uncut for now.
9. Trace the pattern for the outer bunny ears onto the felt, and trace the pattern for the inner bunny ears onto the  back of the holographic ribbon. Cut out the ears.
10. Using quick drying liquid adhesive glue the inner ear to the outer ear. Set aside to dry.
11. With one wire end extending to each side of the back of the bow, use hot glue to secure one end of the length of ¾” ribbon in place on the back of the bow with the wires under it.
12. On the back of the bow, open the hair clip, pass the narrow ribbon through it, and glue in place. Trim any excess ribbon and wire ends.
13. Hot glue bunny ears in place between the holographic bow and the grosgrain tails. Hot glue pompom in place.
