Do you have a pair of drab old flip-flops? Would you like to make them more seasonal? These patriotic flip-flops are super easy to make in literally minutes! You will be ready to make an entrance when you don these stunning patriotic flip-flops at your next event.

First, cut a piece of Bowdabra bow wire and fold in half. Insert it into the Bowdabra. You will have a loop on one side and two loose wires on the other. This will be your slip-knot.
Next, take the scrunchy ribbon and insert it into the Bowdabra and scrunch down like an accordion.
Now, to make a flower-like look on your flip-flops, take the 4” pieces and fold in half and cut the ends to a point (this is the reverse of cutting a dovetail) and insert them into the Bowdabra one at a time. These will resemble the leaves. Scrunch everything down with the Bowdabra wand.
Then, take the red and white ribbon scraps and cut each end to a rounded shape. These will be the faux petals. Insert into the Bowdabra.
Finally, insert the two loose bow wires through the loop and pull tight while the bow is still in the Bowdabra. Remove from the Bowdabra, separate the ends, turn to the back and tie a knot.
Using the excess wire tie the bow onto the flip-flop on top of the flip-flop.
Fluff and arrange your flower.
These flip-flops would be awesome for a wedding by simply changing the colors for the bridesmaids.
